Your coaching data in Cragdo

Cragdo stores account details, coach-entered client contact details (including optional phone numbers), bookings, training plans, reported results, purchased program snapshots and session logs, public social links and verification status, messages, feedback, and payment records to run the coaching service.

Who can see it

Coaches can access their own workspace. Students see the records explicitly shared with their connected account. Coach notes are excluded from the student portal. Directory listings and programs appear only when a coach publishes them. A program preview shows its first session; a buyer sees the full purchased snapshot. Linked social URLs are public on listed coach profiles, but only a YouTube channel marked verified has passed an ownership check. The site operator can view account and usage summaries and feedback to support the service.

Your coaching area

A coach can save a private map pin, travel radius and optional home gym. Public profiles and booking pages show only the nearest city. City search and reverse lookup use a bundled GeoNames city dataset on our server; no picked point is sent to a geocoding provider. Opening the map loads OpenStreetMap tiles, which shares your IP and requested map area with that provider. Device location is requested only when you choose “Use my location.”

Service providers

Supabase handles email and Google sign-in and stores application data in Postgres. Vercel hosts the protected development preview; Cloudflare is the planned production host. When enabled, Stripe handles checkout and billing, and Resend delivers booking confirmations and reminders, plus notification emails when you opt in. Cragdo does not store card numbers. Text and email invitation buttons open your own messaging apps for you to review and send; Cragdo does not send invitation SMS. Video links open at their original provider and keep that provider’s sharing settings.

Young climbers

Account holders must be adults. When a coach works with a minor, they invite the parent or legal guardian, who signs in, accepts the policies, and manages the student’s portal. The coach’s student record can describe the young climber; use the parent’s contact details and avoid unnecessary sensitive information. A parent can accept a separate coach invitation for each child under one adult login. Each child has separate coaching plans, bookings, and session-package records. Programs purchased by the adult belong to their account’s program library. Accepting an invitation for a child requires the adult to confirm they are that child’s parent or legal guardian. Children do not receive independent login credentials.

Your controls

You can change email preferences and export or delete your account from Account. A coach can revoke student access or unpublish a session. Deleting a student account disconnects its access; the coach retains their own coaching records. Deleting a coach account removes their workspace and public listings; your Supabase sign-in identity is also deleted; program snapshots already acquired by other users remain in their libraries. A full verified refund removes paid program access. External payment transactions and service-provider backup copies are handled separately under those providers’ policies.

Notifications and local state

Coaching update emails are optional. Inquiry replies, booking verification, confirmations, and reminders are service emails and contain the appointment time and coach’s name. Timer settings and comparison selections may be temporary browser state. Supabase authentication uses secure session cookies. Cragdo has no advertising trackers added by this application. Public YouTube subscriber counts, when shown, come from the YouTube Data API and include a checked date.

Product analytics and errors

When configured, PostHog receives named usage events such as completing setup or sharing a plan, with a hashed account identifier. These events omit names, contact information, and training data; no analytics cookies or session recording are used. Sentry receives filtered crash diagnostics from the browser and server. Request bodies, cookies, query strings, user details, and coaching notes are excluded. These services are disabled until the operator supplies their configuration.

Questions or data requests

Email hello@cragdo.com or use Help to submit a data request. Ask your coach about the records they maintain. Avoid including sensitive training details in support messages.
